Productive process

Starting in the best way is the most effective strategy to achieve results, which is why we dedicate particular attention to the creation of the moulds.

In this way we achieve the best possible result with the best possible precision. We have a team dedicated to supervising all the various phases of the production process.

With 1 centralized melting furnace, 7 die-casting machines from 280 tons up to 1350 tons, five of these complete with robotic island and shearing machine beside the moulding machines, we can satisfy our customers with a wide range of applications.

Thanks to the collaboration with the subsidiary Lamec we perform:

Milling: with 4/5 axis simultaneous and palletized horizontal and vertical machining centers of the latest generation.

Turning: with numerical control lathes with multiple motorized head.

Ultrasonic washing: with the aid of the latest generation of machinery that allows the washing and degreasing of metals.

Shearing: with 6 hydraulic presses of advanced technology from 10 to 30 tons

Tumbling: vibration can be performed with ceramic, plastic or steel balls

Polishing and buffing: for metal finishing.

Sandblasting: on aluminium, cast iron castings, moulded steel, oxide-plated etc.

Deburring: with 6 robotic island and latest generation of machinery
